  Really smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I rented a van recently and everything went exactly as planned. I arrived at the scheduled time and the van was ready immediately, so there was no waiting around or confusion during collection. The vehicle was very clean, well prepared and in great condition. The whole process felt organised and straightforward, which made moving things much less stressful. The staff were friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly without making the process complicated. Returning the van was also quick and easy. Overall, one of the best rental experiences I’ve had in the UK. reliable, efficient and hassle-free. I would definitely use this branch again in the future.

  Really unhappy with the service I received. I I rented a huge van and got given it on empty. The empty fuel light went on after 20 minutes, and I struggled to refuel due to countless petrol stations being closed because of the oil crisis. This made an already stressful day even more stressful. I did however manage to finally refuel the van, which would have been 100% necessary to avoid breaking down, yet once the van was returned and deposit received back in full, I noticed an Enterprise charge on my card of £33. I immediately called and was told that this was because I had agreed to prepay for fuel. I had never agreed to pre pay for fuel, and the van came with less than £2 worth of fuel left in it! They agreed to refund the charge but by this point I wanted to speak to the manager. I’m yet to receive that call or refund. Would never use them again or recommend.

  This was like a Seinfeld episode regarding the Reservation. I arrived to be told that for security reasons they delete the booking information!! I even asked for them to repeat what they said and they did! I order a midsized SUV as my travelling companion was tall and had bad knees so getting into a small compact would be a challenge. They then proceeded to show me a small compact!! Then when I said this is not what I ordered and also this vehicle was not automatic like I'd ordered he looked bewildered. He then pointed to a massive SUV that said it was Automatic but again I said this is not what I ordered. After 10 mins of searching the car lot he found a mid sized Mazda which was Automatic. I said fine I'll take this one only to be told oh we are going to have to clean it. I politely informed him I was on a tight schedule and could not wait and would take it there and then. After programming the non touch screen address of my first stop labouriously with this arcane wheel I set off. I got to my first destination and then on re-entering the vehicle and pressing the start engine button an error SD card reader came up on the SAT NAV and it would not recognise postal codes! Fortunately I had my Mobile phone with me so ended up using my phone to drive the rest of the trip. On starting the engine the wing mirrors that had retracted now would not go into driving mode and I had to lower the windows and push them to the correct driving position. My experience with this company was the worst I've ever had. Steer Clear.
